The vacuum volumetric doser DVS50 is designed for the dosage of ready dishes (vegetables, rice salads, pasta salads, paella, etc…).

The structure of the machine is made with stainless steel tubes, arranged at 45 °, continuously welded to obtain better cleaning. The machine is positioned on pivoting wheels in order to facilitate movement for washing; during production it is fixed to the ground by means of adjustable feet.

A 380 V power outlet and one for air are required for the operation of the dispenser, as the various movements will be pneumatic and managed by PLC-controlled solenoid valves, which will allow you to adjust the times of air intake, discharge and the synchronization delay of the tray presence photocell.

Manual

Where the feeding will be carried out by the operator through a convenient tray hopper placed in the upper part of the dosing group; the loaded material will be conveyed inside a telescope, keeping the level constant in the machine head; the best dosing precision in the volumetric chamber is exerted by the depression determined by a vacuum pump, with air tank, supplied with the machine positioned inside its structure.

Automatic

Where a hopper with a capacity of 100l will guarantee autonomy in the advancement which will take place by means of a screw, or belt, built in AISI 304 for the transport of the product and will be operated by a motor managed by an inverter which will thus allow continuous regulation of its speed. Its progress will be managed by two photocells which will constantly read the level in the loading area.

Specifications

The maximum capacity of the machine is about 45 pieces per minute, with the possibility of having any type of weight, a quick format change, a double dosing head to alternatively carry out the dosages in the trays and finally to avoid further steps it can be directly synchronized to the closing machine.

At the end of production there will be the possibility to sanitize the machine by removing some parts without the use of wrenches.
