VOLUMETRIC VACCUM DOSER
The DVS50 vacuum volumetric doser is designed for the dosage of ready-made dishes (vegetables, rice salad, pasta salad, paella, etc.) and the production of snacks.
The machine structure is built in stainless steel 45° section bars with continuous welds for effective and safe cleaning. The positioning on castors with a brake enables easy movement and positioning, while the height adjustable support feet ensure perfect fastening to the ground during the production phases.
For the doser operation a power supply socket (adaptable to different voltages) and an air inlet are necessary, since the various movements are pneumatic and run by means of PLC-controlled solenoid valves. The PLC allows you to adjust the air suction, discharge and tray presence photocell synchronization times.
The DVS50 doser is made entirely of 304 stainless steel and food approved plastic materials, and it is CE compliant.

Where the feeding will be carried out by the operator through a convenient tray hopper placed in the upper part of the dosing group; the loaded material will be conveyed inside a telescope, keeping the level constant in the machine head; the best dosing precision in the volumetric chamber is exerted by the depression determined by a vacuum pump, with air tank, supplied with the machine positioned inside its structure.
A hopper with a capacity of 100 l., built in 304 stainless steel, guarantees autonomy of production. The product is fed by means of the worm screw elevator or the conveyor belt, driven by an inverter-controlled motor. The inverter allows the continuous self-adjustment of the working speed, thanks to the signal received by two photocells which constantly detect the level in the loading zone.
The machine operates as follows: The product loaded into the hopper is conveyed inside a telescope which keeps the level of product in the machine head constant. The dosage is determined by the depression created in the volumetric chamber, achieving high performance in terms of accuracy.
The maximum capacity of the machine varies according to the product, with the possibility of dosing out any weight in grammes and doing a quick format changeover (thanks to a second dosing head supplied as part of the equipment).
To speed up the production phase of the entire line, the doser can be synchronized directly to the closing machine.
The sanitization of the machine is performed quickly and effectively by removing the necessary parts without the help of wrenches.
